1. What Information Does Quo Collect?
Quo collects the following types of information:
- Discord User IDs: When you use commands, your Discord User ID is stored to link settings, preferences, or specific features to your account (e.g., custom reminders, reported issues, tourney registerations). This is essential for the bot’s functionality.
- Discord Guild (Server) IDs: When the bot joins a server, its Guild ID is stored to save server-specific configurations like prefixes, premium status, or scrims/tourneys setups, additional settings.
- Discord Channel IDs: If you configure the bot to send messages to specific channels (e.g., scrims, sticky messages, bot logs), the respective Channel IDs are stored.
- Command Usage Data: For debugging, analytics, and improving bot performance, we may temporarily log the commands used, the Discord User ID that issued the command, and the Guild ID where it was used. This data is typically anonymized or manually purged after 30 days.
- SPECIFIC DATA COLLECTED BY QUO BOT:
- User-provided reminders, User IDs, Teammate IDs, Premium Status, Votes history.
- User-ID Specific data such as blacklist info, voteremind setup, banlogs & above mentioned too.
- Tourney logs (entire team datas, IDs mentioned, their usernames, channels involved, messages involved).
- Role IDs or User IDs for scrims configurations.
- Any data realated to Esports setup configs.
Quo DOES NOT collect sensitive personal information such as your Discord password, IP address (unless legally required for abuse investigations), or any directly identifying information beyond what Discord provides through its API (e.g., your username and discriminator are visible but not explicitly stored as core data points unless tied to a specific feature like tourney data where you consent by registering).
2. How Does Quo Use Your Information?
The information collected by Quo is used solely for the following purposes:
- To provide the bot’s core functionality: This includes executing commands, conducting scrims & esports activities, saving user and server settings, and maintaining features.
- To improve the bot: Aggregated and anonymized data (e.g., popular commands) helps us understand usage patterns and enhance the bot.
- To personalize your experience: We constantly update and improve bot to have more features and functions that are being used on daily basis.
- For debugging and error resolution: To identify and fix issues that may arise.
3. How Quo Stores and Protects Your Information
- Storage: Your data is stored securely in a database located in SUPABASE’S DATABASE AND ADDITIONALLY WE USE OUR CUSTOM SERVERS TO BACKUP THE DATABASE.
- Security: We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes using verified/secure database hosting, restricting access to bot developer only.
- Data Retention:
- Core configuration data (User IDs, Guild IDs, settings) is retained as long as the bot remains active in your server or until you request its deletion.
- Temporary data (e.g., command logs) is purged after 30 days.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
- No Sale of Data: Quo will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

5. Your Rights Regarding Your Data
You have the following rights concerning your data processed by Quo:

- Right to Rectification: If you believe any data we hold about you is inaccurate, you can request corrections.
- Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten): You can request the deletion of your data held by Quo. To do this:
- You can request data deletion over our support server or by simply unauthorising from our bot.
- Alternatively, contact ΛURΛ or join our support server to request data deletion. We will make reasonable efforts to comply with your request, subject to any legal obligations.
- Right to Object/Restrict Processing: In certain circumstances, you may object to or request restrictions on the processing of your data.
6. Children’s Privacy
Quo is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible.
