This Cancellation & Refunds Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for purchases made through Razorpay for Quo (“the Bot”). By making any payment, you agree to the terms defined in this policy.

1. General Payment Terms
- All payments for Quo’s premium features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases are processed securely through Razorpay.
- By completing a payment, you authorize Razorpay to process the transaction on behalf of Quo.
2. Cancellation Policy
- One-time purchases: Cannot be cancelled once successfully completed.
- Subscription plans (if applicable):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not automatically grant a refund for the current active cycle.
- After cancellation, premium features remain active until the end of the billing period already paid for.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and follow these rules:
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be issued only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate or accidental payment made within 24 hours.
- Technical issues resulting in the user not receiving premium features after payment.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, provided valid proof is submitted.
- Service failure due to internal errors preventing usage of premium features.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Partial usage of service.
- Delays or downtime caused by Discord outages or third-party services.
- Any violation of Quo’s Terms of Service.
Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on payment provider processing times.
- All refunds will be processed only through Razorpay to the original payment method.
4. Disputes & Chargebacks
- If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us first before filing a chargeback.
- Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in removal of access to premium features or being blacklisted from future purchases.
5. Amendments to This Policy
We may revise this Cancellation & Refunds Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page. Continuing to use Quo’s premium services after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
