This Shipping / Digital Delivery Policy explains how Quo (“the Bot”) delivers digital products and services. Since all services provided through Quo are digital, no physical shipping is involved.

1. Nature of Delivery

Quo delivers digital items only. These include:

  • Custom Bot Source Code
  • Hosted Custom Bot Instances
  • Custom Addons / Modules
  • Feature Upgrades or Integrations
  • Configuration Files or Setup Instructions

All deliveries are made digitally through:

  • Email
  • Discord Direct Messages
  • Quo Support Server Tickets
  • Private GitHub Repository or ZIP File
  • Direct Deployment to Your Server or Our Hosting

No physical items are shipped.

2. Delivery Timeframe

The delivery time depends on the type of service ordered:

  • Small Addons / Minor Features: 1–3 days
  • Medium Custom Features: 2–5 days
  • Full Custom Bot Development: 3–14 days
  • Hosted Bot Setup: Within 24 hours

Delays may occur based on workload or feature complexity, but users will be informed.

3. Delivery Completion

A digital service or product is considered delivered when:

  • The bot/addon is deployed successfully
  • You receive the code, files, or access links
  • You receive a GitHub repo, ZIP delivery, or deployment confirmation
  • You confirm delivery through Discord or support ticket (recommended)

4. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you do not receive your digital delivery within the expected timeframe:

We will re-deliver or complete your order as soon as possible.

5. No Physical Shipping

Quo does not ship any physical goods.
Therefore:

  • No shipping address is required
  • No courier or logistics fees apply
  • No physical returns or replacements are possible

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, users must:

  • Provide accurate contact details (Email or Discord ID)
  • Keep communication open during the delivery period
  • Not block or restrict developer communication
  • Maintain access to Discord or email for receiving digital items
