Terms of Service for Quo
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Quo Discord bot (“the Bot”), provided by ΛURΛ (“the Developer”). By inviting Quo to your Discord server, interacting with it, or otherwise using its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Quo.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Quo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. You also agree to comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you are under the age of 13, you are not permitted to use Quo. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use Quo.
2. Use of the Bot
2.1 Permitted Use
Quo is intended to provide helpful features and entertainment within Discord servers. You may use Quo for its intended purposes as long as your use complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Quo to:
- Violate any laws or regulations.
- Violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Bot’s operation or the servers or networks connected to the Bot.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Bot or any related systems or networks.
- Abuse, spam, or excessively use the Bot in a way that negatively impacts other users or the Bot’s performance.
- Circumvent any limitations or restrictions imposed by the Bot (e.g., rate limits).
- Use the Bot for any illegal, harmful, or malicious activities.
2.3 User Content
If Quo allows you to store or interact with user-generated content (e.g., custom messages, reminders):
- You are solely responsible for the content you create, store, or transmit through the Bot.
- You affirm that you have all necessary rights to your content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
- The Developer is not responsible for any user-generated content.
3. Bot Availability and Modifications
3.1 Availability
Quo is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The Developer does not guarantee that Quo will be available 24/7, uninterrupted, or error-free. The Bot may be offline for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
3.2 Modifications
The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Quo (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. Features may be added, removed, or changed.
4. Privacy Policy
Your use of Quo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details what information the Bot collects, how it’s used, and your rights concerning that data. Please review the Privacy Policy at PRIVACY-POLICY.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
QUO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE BOT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS, OR THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE QUO; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON QUO; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM QUO; AND (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of Quo; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another, including intellectual property rights; or (d) your conduct in connection with Quo.
8. Termination
The Developer may terminate or suspend your access to Quo immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Quo will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding Quo.
- Waiver and Severability: The failure of the Developer to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Changes to These Terms of Use
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by [e.g., updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document, announcing it in the support server, or a combination]. Your continued use of Quo after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
