Scrims Manager
The Scrims Manager is one of Quo’s most powerful features, allowing you to create and manage scrims (practice matches) for your esports community. This comprehensive system handles the entire scrims lifecycle from registration to slot management.
Commands Overview
Quo provides both slash commands (/scrims) and traditional prefix commands (qsmanager, qs, qsm) for scrims management.
/scrims create
Creates a new scrim in your server.
Options:
registration_channel: The channel where users will register for scrimsslotlist_channel: The channel where slotlist will be postedsuccess_role: The role that will be given to users who successfully registerrequired_mentions: The number of mentions required to register (0-5)total_slots: The total number of slots available (1-30)open_time: The time when registration will be opened
Example:
/scrims create registration_channel:#scrim-reg slotlist_channel:#scrim-slots success_role:@Registered required_mentions:3 total_slots:25 open_time:7:00PM
Notes:
- Free servers are limited to 3 scrims; premium servers have unlimited scrims
- The bot requires permissions to manage channels, roles, and messages
/scrims reserve
Reserve a specific slot in a scrim.
Options:
registration_channel: The channel where the scrim is hostedslot: The slot you want to reserve (1-30)team_name: The name of the teamuser: (Optional) The user you want to reserve the slot forexpire_time: (Optional) The time when the reservation will expire
Example:
/scrims reserve registration_channel:#scrim-reg slot:5 team_name:"Team Alpha" user:@TeamCaptain expire_time:9:00PM
Notes:
- You can reserve the same slot in multiple scrims at once
- Reservations can be permanent or temporary with an expiration time
/scrims slotinfo
Get information about all slots a user has registered for.
Options:
user: The user whose slots you want to see
Example:
/scrims slotinfo user:@TeamCaptain
/scrims slotlist
Post the current scrims slotlist to the current channel.
Options:
registration_channel: Scrims registration channel
Example:
/scrims slotlist registration_channel:#scrim-reg
Traditional Commands
qsmanager (Aliases: qs, qsm)
Opens the interactive scrims management menu with buttons for all operations.
Required Permissions:
- Either the
scrims-modrole orManage Serverpermission - Bot needs
Embed Links,Add Reactions,Manage Messages,Manage Channels, andManage Rolespermissions
Registration Process
- Teams register by sending a message in the registration channel when registration opens
- The message must include mentions of all team members (configurable with
/tagcheck) - Teams are assigned slots on a first-come, first-served basis
- Once all slots are filled, additional teams are placed on a waitlist
- Successfully registered teams receive the success role automatically
Registration Message Format
The registration message must:
- Include the required number of team member mentions
- Follow any additional format requirements set by server admins
- Can optionally include drop location if that feature is enabled
Button Interactions
The scrims manager includes several button interactions:
- Open Registration: Opens registration for teams
- Close Registration: Closes registration manually
- Create Slotlist: Generates and posts the slot list
- Delete Scrim: Deletes the scrim configuration
- Edit Scrim: Opens the scrim configuration menu with the following options:
- Change registration channel
- Change slotlist channel
- Change success role
- Change open time
- Change number of slots
- Toggle role ping
- Toggle auto-close
- Toggle team name compulsion
- Toggle duplicate registration prevention
- Toggle mention requirements
- Toggle drop location selection
- Cancel: Cancels the current action

Slot Manager
- Integrated with the Slot Manager system for easier team management
- Teams can cancel their slots through the slot manager

Drop Location Selection
- Optional feature to have teams select their drop location during registration
